  Had been going there for years but after this year i won't be going back. Lady didnt understand what i was telling her and got annoyed when i asked for someone else to help me...after that you could feel the tension in the room whille the other person helped. It just so happened my daughter and hubby went there a week before and left without doing them because of the same lady. If you re gonna be working with people you need to learn to talk to them... Won't be going back!

  HORRIBLE!!! Unprofessional, does not honor policies of H&R Block; won't return emails or follow through on commitments. Owner/Manager is the WORST!! Needs sensitivity training in the worse way. Filed my daughter's taxes and then refused to assist when she was audited. Although IRS paid HRB up front, daughter's portion of refund was withheld due to audit; then claimed they weren't helping with audit because daughter still owed balance on fees. DO NOT COME HERE -- you will be sorry.
